What types of general dentistry do you perform?
At Rolling Ridge Dentistry, you have access to many general dental services, including routine dental cleanings and exams, gum disease treatment, fluoride treatment, dental sealants, and even custom athletic mouthguards. We offer general and preventive care for the entire family.
What are my tooth repair options using crowns and bridges?
Dental crowns and bridges give us many ways to both repair and replace teeth. A crown by itself will cover and protect a damaged or diseased tooth or, when combined with a dental implant, will replace a missing tooth. We can also use a standard fixed bridge to replace one or more teeth in a row, or we can anchor a bridge to dental implants for an even more stable type of tooth replacement.
What are dental implants, and how can they help me?
Your dentist can insert titanium dental implants into your jawbone, where they function as replacement tooth roots. After a healing period, your implants can support teeth replacement options such as crowns, bridges, and dentures. Dental implants have the added benefit of helping to prevent jawbone deterioration and potential changes to your facial structure.
Can you help with my sleep apnea?
Yes, we can! If a physician diagnoses you with sleep apnea, we can have a custom oral appliance made that will gently move your lower jaw forward while you sleep. This slight movement will be enough to help keep your airway open so you can breathe normally. You’ll get better sleep and feel better, plus you’ll snore less, too.
We hope we’ve answered your questions. If you have other Raleigh dental questions, just let us know by calling 919-646-4391 today.
