I've always wanted to be a dentist ever since I can remember. My grandfather was a dentist, my father was a doctor, and I saw the impact they had in their communities and local communities, and that really made an impact on me. That's something I want to be a part of. Being able to serve patients in a couple of particular situations – when there's a patient in pain, getting him to get out of pain – that's really rewarding for me. Also when someone's uncomfortable with their smile, when we make over their smile, where they're more happy and we see their self-esteem improve, that's great.
I've taken extensive courses in implants, sedation, and cosmetic dentistry. That benefits our patients because I'm able to provide those services to the community, and with it being a locally owned and operated family businesses, they're going to see consistently the same dentist. That's something they don't get in a large, big chain with dentist turnover.
